- In the event you need your item for a specific date or event, please reach out to us beforehand to ensure your request can be accommodated.
How is my order shipped?
- All orders will ship via the customer's chosen carrier at checkout. Both USPS and UPS options are available.
- Please remember, shipping speed does not apply to your item's processing time. Transit time begins only after the order is dispatched & picked up by the carrier.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update in the system, especially during the holiday season.
- Shipping cost is automatically determined by weight and location.
- Estimated arrival dates are no longer guaranteed by either carrier. While they strive to honor their listed transit time, it is not always the case. We are not responsible for delivery delays at the hands of the carrier. If you find there is an issue with receiving your order, please reach out to USPS or UPS directly, as we cannot see any additional information than what is provided in your tracking number.
What is the policy for returns/exchanges?
- All products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Once received, open your package immediately. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 5 business days.
- Please be very thorough with your selection. Review all information prior to submission.
- Once your order is submitted, please review your confirmation email. If you find a sizing or color choice was made in error, please reach out to us immediately.
- Please ensure that your current shipping address is entered. All labels are generated automatically using information submitted by each customer. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
