Refund policy

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on decorated products. In the event of an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 3 business days.
• We do not replace, refund or exchange products that were decorated with incorrect spelling and/or information submitted by buyer. If you found you made an error after submitting your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once processed, we are unable to make corrections.
• We do not replace, refund or exchange decorated products that were not ordered in the correct size. Please make sure your sizing information is correct prior to purchasing.
• We do not accept returns on blank products. In the event you need a different size, color or product, we will exchange within 3 business days of your order.
