Shipping policy
- All items are made to order. Please be aware of our current processing time, available at the top of our website, prior to submitting your order.
- Once processed, your item will arrive based off your chosen shipping method.
- Shipping options are generated by Shopify based off weight and location.
- Please remember, orders ship Monday - Friday. Once a package is turned over to the carrier, it is the sole responsibility of USPS or UPS (dependent on service chosen).
- When ordering, please take federal holidays into consideration, as it will automatically add 1-2 business days to your processing time. Remember that during high-volume periods, USPS and UPS may extend their delivery estimates. Give yourself enough time to receive your package and order early. We are not responsible for delays at the hands of either provider.
- USPS Ground Advantage does not come with insurance. In the event you'd like your item insured, please choose, at minimum, USPS Priority Mail.

- Priority Mail: Estimated 1-3 Business Days (Based On Location)
- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 Business Days or Overnight (Dependent on various factors)

- UPS Ground: 1-7 Business Days (Based On Location)
- UPS Next Day Air Early: Delivered Next Day As Early As 8:00 Am To Most Major Cities in the U.S. or by 9:30 A.M.
- UPS Next Day Air Shipping: Delivered Next Day By 10:30 A.M and 12:00 P.M., Depending On Location
- UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: Delivery by 10:30 A.M. or 12:00 P.M. On The Second Business Day To Most Commercial Destinations In The U.S.
