When will I receive my order?

• Orders placed before Dec. 10th will ship prior to Christmas.
• Orders placed after Dec. 10th will not begin shipping until after Jan. 3rd.

How is my order shipped?

• All orders will ship via the customer's chosen carrier at checkout. Both USPS and UPS options are available. 
• Please remember, shipping speed does not apply to your item's processing time. Transit time begins only after the order is dispatched & picked up by the carrier.
• Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update in the system, especially during the holiday season.
• Shipping cost is automatically determined by weight and location. 
• Estimated arrival dates are no longer guaranteed by either carrier. While they strive to honor their listed transit time, it is not always the case. We are not responsible for delivery delays at the hands of the carrier. If you find there is an issue with receiving your order, please reach out to USPS or UPS directly, as we cannot see any additional information than what is provided in your tracking number.

What is the policy for returns/exchanges?

• All garments are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Please be very thorough with your selection. Review sizing chart prior to purchase.
