When will I receive my order?

• These garments are listed for PRE-ORDER and will not be processed until the conclusion of the fundraiser on August 4th, 2024.
  
• Please allow 10-14 business days from campaign conclusion for your order to arrive.

How is my order shipped?

• All orders will ship via the customer's chosen carrier at checkout. Both USPS and UPS options are available. 
• Please remember, shipping speed does not apply to your item's processing time. Transit time begins only after the order is dispatched & picked up by the carrier.
• Shipping cost is automatically determined by weight and location. 
• Estimated arrival dates are no longer guaranteed by either carrier. While they strive to honor their listed transit time, it is not always the case. We are not responsible for delivery delays at the hands of the carrier. If you find there is an issue with receiving your order, please reach out to USPS or UPS directly, as we cannot see any additional information than what is provided in your tracking number.

What is the policy for returns/exchanges?

• All garments are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Please be very thorough with your selection. Review sizing chart prior to purchase.
  
• Once your order is submitted, please review your confirmation email. If you find a sizing or color choice was made in error, please reach out to us immediately. 
• Please ensure that your current shipping address is entered. All labels are generated automatically using information submitted by each customer. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
• Order cancellation requests will only be granted while the fundraising campaign is on-going. Cancellation requests after August 4, 2024 will not be accepted.
